About Me.
Hey! I am Charlotte and I am a SIRPA-informed practitioner, as well as a deep tissue and sports massage therapist.
I originally trained as a dancer and musical theatre performer, graduating as a professional back in 2012. Dance sparked my fascination with the body and what it can achieve, how it works, and how vital recovery is.
I began my ‘recovery’ career as a sports massage therapist, using hands-on techniques to reduce pain and improve physical performance. I started to notice differences in long term results between a clients emotions before and after the massage. I looked further into this response and decided to expand my work into coaching and the SIRPA technique in order to achieve longer lasting results that get to the root cause of the pain or problem. SIRPA principles help clients understand how the brain and nervous system contribute to persistent pain and tension. By addressing both the physical and neurological aspects, I’m able to support recovery from a whole-person perspective—promoting lasting relief, resilience, and improved function.
